Conveyancing for property sellers

You will complete a property information form and a fixtures and fittings form. We will request the title deeds and a redemption statement from your mortgage lender.

We will receive the sale information from your estate agents (if applicable) and we will prepare a draft contract package and send it to the buyers solicitors along with the proof of your ownership together with the property forms which you have completed.

We will reply to all enquiries from your buyer’s solicitor, and arrange a face to face meeting with you to sign the contract and transfer.

We will prepare a full financial statement giving you a breakdown of all the payments to be made from the proceeds of sale, and showing the balance due to you.

Contracts are exchanged with your buyer’s and a moving (completion) date agreed.

On completion day, the buyer’s solicitor send to us the purchase money by telegraphic transfer (same day bank transfers) and we pay off your mortgage and other expenses such as estate agents fees etc..... You move out of you property and we send any balance monies to you.
