We will request a draft contract package from the seller’s solicitor and ask you to send us a cheque or make a switch card payment of £160.00 on account of fees.

A sample contract from the sellers solicitor will be delivered to our offices and we will instigate the searches and shall make all relevant enquiries of the sellers solicitors.

You will be provided with a copy of the fixtures and fittings form supplied by your sellers solicitor. We will take time to explain all the documents to you.

A financial statement is prepared and all finance are discussed and put in place.

Contracts are exchanged and moving dates are agreed by all involved. On your moving day, we send money to the sellers solicitor and you move into your home.

After the completion of your purchase, we will attend to paying stamp duties (if appropriate) and registering you as owner(s) of your new home with the Land Registry.
